AS A STANDARD COMPANY POLICY WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS OR EXCHANGE ON ORDERS ONCE PLACED.

PROCEDURE

To start an exchange of any defective product kindly email at info@preetimohan.com or call +011-41324244 (All days 11-6 IST) in India. Our representatives will guide you on how to ship the items back to us.

• We accept exchange only in case of damaged or defective articles.
• Please do not ship any item to our offices without corresponding with our representatives.
• All exchanges must be accompanied with a copy of your invoice.
• All items must be shipped back to Preeti Mohan in its original packaging.
• The brand will not be responsible for lost or damaged items, while shipping them back to us.
• All shipping costs related to the exchange must be borne by the customer.
• Since each product is exclusively handmade with immense effort and love, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, EXCHANGE & REFUNDS ON ORDERS ONCE PLACED.
• This product is handcrafted, therefore it might have slight variation which only add to its magnificence. Due to the difference in display screens of different devices, the product lighting may also differ resulting in a slight variation in the look of the product.
