Return and Exchange
As a standard company policy, we do not issue returns or exchanges on orders. 

Stringent quality control practices are in place to ensure that the product reaches you safely. You may however return or exchange the product in any of the following scenarios:

  • In case of a defect in the product
  • If you received the wrong order
  • If the product does not fit your size

Please note, that products for returns shall only be accepted if unworn and in its original packaging with the boxes. You need to inform us of the issue within 48 hours from the date of receipt of the product. Once received, the customer care team at Preeti Mohan team would inspect the product for the need for exchange and based on their jurisdiction, the exchange will be made possible.

  • The product should not have been broken altered, mishandled, heated, treated chemically, or otherwise not found in good/ tradable condition.
  • Gross; net weight of the product
  • Check for wear and tear & damage to the product

The returned merchandise should reach us within 14 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.


Follow these simple steps to return your purchase:

  • On the invoice you receive, circle the item(s) that you’re returning and note the quantity and reason(s) for return on your invoice.
  • Wait to receive a “Return Accepted” confirmation email from us.
  • Pack your return securely, in the original package, and include your completed invoice.
  • Courier the parcel back to us: (address)
    We do not return or exchange gift certificates, jewelry, bags, and sunglasses once dispatched unless it is a manufacturing defect. No returns on discounted merchandise
  • We do not offer refunds. You may only exchange the product in case of a defect.
  • We offer store credits for the equivalent amount in case the product is not available
