Shipping and Delivery
SHIPPING TIME
- Standard Shipping Timeline: Product dispatch usually takes 7–9 business days, and delivery may take an additional 4–5 business days, depending on your location.
- Express Delivery Option: If you require express delivery, please contact us on WhatsApp at +91 92667 27340. Share your product selection and request the express delivery option.
- Delay or Made-to-Order Products: If your ordered product is not ready to ship, our team will contact you on WhatsApp with the updated dispatch timeline. If you wish to switch to another product, you can inform us directly on WhatsApp.
- All out of stock items are shipped within 6-8 weeks and delivered within 4-5 business days from the date of shipment.
SHIPPING CHARGE
Within India
A standard shipping charge of Rs.500 will be charged for all Cash On Delivery(COD) orders.
For Other Countries
A standard shipping charge of $46 (or Equivalent Currency) will be charged for all international orders.
DELIVERY METHOD
To ensure safe and timely delivery, we only use reputed courier services such as DHL, Blue Dart and Fedex. We will email you a tracking number as soon as your items our shipped. Deliveries will only occur between Monday-Friday. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on National Holidays.
SHIPPING ERRORS
In the unlikely event that we processed your order incorrectly or shipped you a defective item, we will gladly replace the item for you. Please contact us within 48-hours of receiving the items.
